Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities

Enter the lot from Wadsworth Blvd north of 68th Avenue and follow the drive to the west side of the building, where the main entrance is closest; the route is shown on the Arvada Center visit and directions page. Olde Town Arvada
Olde Town Arvada (centered on Grandview Ave & Olde Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada, CO 80002) is the city's historic heart — a walkable district packed with locally owned restaurants, craft breweries, boutique shops, and community events. The RTD G Line (Gold Line) Olde Town Arvada Station at 7400 Grandview Ave connects the district directly to Union Station in downtown Denver, making it a natural transit hub for multi-stop itineraries. Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is one of the most iconic outdoor concert venues in the world — a 9,525-capacity natural rock amphitheater carved into the foothills of the Front Range, approximately 18 miles southwest of Arvada via US-6 West and CO-470. Empower Field at Mile High
Empower Field at Mile High is home to the Denver Broncos (NFL) and seats 76,125 — one of the largest stadiums in the country. It sits directly adjacent to Ball Arena in the Sun Valley neighborhood, about 12 miles from Arvada via I-70 East and I-25 South. Charter buses use Gate 5 on West 17th Avenue for passenger drop-off; bus parking is in Lot H at the northwest corner off Federal Blvd and W 17th Ave, with an advance permit required through the stadium transportation office.

Coors Field
Coors Field is home to the Colorado Rockies (MLB) and seats 46,897 in the heart of Denver's LoDo neighborhood — approximately 14 miles from Arvada via I-70 East. The Colorado Rockies home season runs April through September, with the LoDo streets surrounding the ballpark among the liveliest in the city on game days. Charter bus drop-off is on 20th Street between Blake and Wazee, the designated commercial vehicle zone per Rockies transportation guidance.

Full-size 56-passenger coaches must use the 20th Street approach due to tight LoDo streets; smaller minibuses have more flexibility on Blake St. RTD Union Station is approximately five blocks west.
Denver Botanic Gardens
Denver Botanic Gardens spans 24 acres in the Congress Park neighborhood, about 15 miles from Arvada, and is one of the top botanical gardens in the nation — featuring more than 45,000 plant species, seasonal exhibitions, and a popular summer concert series. Charter buses may park along the west side of York Street between 11th Avenue and 9th Avenue when space is available and may stay there for the duration of the visit. If that space is full, buses may drop students at the RTD bus stop and park on Josephine Street; buses should not load or unload from a traffic lane or park in surrounding neighborhoods.

Water World
Water World is one of the largest water parks in the United States — 67-plus acres and more than 50 rides and attractions, located approximately 7 miles northeast of Arvada. The park is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, making it a peak summer destination for school groups, corporate outings, and family reunions across Jefferson County.
